With over a decade of experience in agricultural management and rural development, Mr. Albert Abbeyquaye is the driving force behind the vision and day-to-day operations of EA. Aquaye Farms Ltd. His journey began with a strong background in agribusiness and community empowerment, which shaped his commitment to making agriculture a tool for transformation in Ghana.

Since joining the company in its early years, Mr. Abbeyquaye has led numerous expansion and innovation projects—from launching the company’s first commercial maize farm to overseeing its transition into a Limited Liability Company in 2019. Under his leadership, EA. Aquaye Farms has grown from a small local enterprise to a nationally recognized brand known for quality produce, sustainability, and youth empowerment.

Albert is particularly passionate about developing young farmers through the Outgrower Scheme and promoting eco-friendly farming practices. His approach blends hands-on fieldwork with strategic partnerships and capacity building, ensuring the company delivers not just food, but impact.

He continues to mentor emerging agripreneurs, advocate for inclusive agriculture policies, and champion climate-smart farming practices across Ghana.
