With a deep-rooted passion for agriculture and community empowerment, Mr. Ebenezer Abbeyquaye founded EA. Aquaye Farms Ltd to revolutionize farming in Ghana through sustainability, innovation, and inclusion. Starting from humble beginnings in 2013, Mr. Abbeyquaye envisioned a future where farming would no longer be seen as a survival activity but a viable, profitable career path for the youth.

His journey began with small-scale crop farming and a vision to build a resilient agricultural value chain. Over the years, he has led the company’s transformation into a Limited Liability Company in 2019, expanded its operations across multiple regions, and launched impactful initiatives like the Youth Outgrower Scheme and Organic Fertilizer Demonstration Projects.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in agribusiness, Ebenezer combines traditional farming wisdom with modern agricultural science, ensuring that EA. Aquaye Farms remains at the forefront of sustainable agriculture and rural development in Ghana.

A mentor, strategist, and advocate for food security, his leadership continues to inspire hundreds of farmers, especially youth and women, to see agriculture as a tool for transformation.
