With over 6 years of experience in agricultural marketing and rural business development, Ms. Beatrice Nkrumah serves as the dynamic Marketing Officer at EA. Aquaye Farms Ltd. Her journey in agribusiness started with a deep passion for storytelling, community development, and empowering rural producers to reach broader markets.

Since joining the company in 2019, Beatrice has led several successful campaigns and outreach programs that have helped bridge the gap between smallholder farmers and consumers. Her role involves managing product branding, overseeing distribution networks, coordinating farmer-market linkage programs, and designing awareness campaigns on sustainable agriculture.

One of her proudest achievements includes the launch of EA. Aquaye’s "Farm Fresh to Families" initiative, which boosted local product visibility in urban retail outlets and increased farmer incomes by 35% over two years. She also played a vital role in developing digital market access tools to connect farmers with buyers using SMS and WhatsApp platforms, especially during COVID-19 restrictions.

Beatrice holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Rural Enterprise Development from the University of Cape Coast and continues to champion youth inclusion, gender equity, and storytelling in agriculture. Her vision is to make Ghanaian-grown products globally known, trusted, and loved.
