Mr. Henry Abbeyquaye is the dynamic Chief of Operations at EA. Aquaye Farms Ltd, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience in agriculture and agribusiness management. With deep roots in Ghana’s farming communities, Henry has dedicated his career to bridging traditional farming practices with modern, sustainable innovations.

Since joining EA. Aquaye Farms in its early years, Henry has been instrumental in expanding the company’s operational footprint—from a modest startup farm to a nationally recognized agribusiness. He has led the implementation of smart farming techniques, coordinated major crop and livestock production projects, and championed youth empowerment through agriculture-based training programs.

Known for his strategic foresight, Henry played a key role in the development of the company’s Outgrower Scheme, which now supports over 100 smallholder farmers. His leadership continues to drive EA. Aquaye Farms toward sustainability, productivity, and rural development across Ghana.
