A firm believer in the power of agriculture to transform communities, Mr. Inkoom brings a unique blend of HR leadership, organizational development, and community engagement to the company.

Since joining the team in 2019, he has led several key initiatives including:

Developing and implementing performance management systems for farm staff.

Coordinating training programs for over 300 outgrowers and junior field workers.

Introducing youth internship schemes in partnership with agricultural colleges.

Driving inclusive recruitment efforts that prioritize gender balance and youth participation.
